Black Friday Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Publishers
1. To be eligible to receive your share in the $1,000,000 Black Friday promotion you must:
a. be a new publisher and not have an existing account with LeadBolt
b. sign up on the Black Friday promotion page
c. sign up for your publisher account prior to 11:59pm on Friday 25th of November 2011 US PST
d. have integrated LeadBolt ads serving into your app and received real impressions (not test) from this app prior to 11:59pm on Sunday 27th of November 2011 US PST
2. The promotion is limited to the first 25,000 applicants
3. All eligible applicants will have $20 added to their account within 7 business days following the promotion
4. All Publisher accounts, including those that sign up as part of this promotion, will be subject to the LeadBolt Terms and Conditions for Publishers
5. We have rights to change, modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time.
6. We have the right to remove the bonus offer from an account if we suspect there is any unfair play, fraud or any other reason that we feel would invalidate your participation in this promotion.
7. We are not liable for any errors or omissions
8. We are not liable for the manner in which the credit is used in the account or for the result of its use
9. The promotion is for credit only and not exchangeable

Terms and Conditions for Advertisers

b. sign up for your advertiser account prior to 11:59pm on Friday 25th of November 2011 US PST
c. have entered in the correct promotion code
d. spend the money prior to 11:59pm on Sunday 27th of November 2011 US PST
2. The promotion is limited to the first 25,000 applicants
3. All eligible applicants will be automatically credited $20 to their account
4. All Advertiser accounts, including those that sign up as part of this promotion, will be subject to the LeadBolt Terms and Conditions for Advertisers
5. We have rights to change, modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time.
